The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 features a pill-shaped AMOLED display housed in a slim 12.25mm body weighing only 13.5g. It comes with a flexible TPU strap that supports wrist sizes from 160 to 224mm. The band is lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, including during sleep.
The 1.62-inch AMOLED display offers high resolution (192 × 490 pixels, 326 PPI) with 500-nit brightness and always-on mode. The screen supports automatic brightness adjustment and provides a 25% larger visible area compared to the Smart Band 6. It also supports over 100 dynamic and custom band faces.
Equipped with a high-precision 6-axis sensor and PPG heart rate sensor, the band tracks workouts and daily activity accurately. VO₂ max, training effect, training load, and recovery duration are monitored for professional fitness insights. The UI is smooth and responsive for daily interaction.
This product does not include any camera hardware.
The Smart Band 7 features a 180mAh battery that lasts up to 14 days of typical use and around 9 days under heavy usage. It charges via magnetic connection in under 2 hours.
The band pairs securely via the Mi Fitness app and supports notifications, alarm functions, and stress monitoring. Accidental-touch reduction ensures reliable interaction even when the screen is wet or exposed to sweat.
With a 5ATM water-resistance rating, the Smart Band 7 is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. Leather and braided straps are not recommended for water exposure. The overall build is durable yet lightweight for daily use.
The band works with the Mi Fitness app on Android 6.0+ and iOS 10.0+. The app offers health and fitness tracking, workout analysis, band face customization, and long-term health insights. Software updates improve performance and fitness algorithms.
