Orders and availability
Product availability, variant, price, delivery charge, and payment status are confirmed by our server when an order is placed. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock, fraud, or payment error and will arrange any amount due back to the customer.
Payments and delivery
M-Pesa payments are confirmed only through verified provider records. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination, courier, weather, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Returns, warranties, and liability
Returns and warranty support follow the published returns and warranty policies and applicable Kenyan consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers. We may restrict accounts where necessary to protect customers or the store.
