The Xiaomi Smart Camera C700 has a compact 82 × 82 × 130 mm body weighing around 362g. Its dual-axis pan-tilt design allows a 360° horizontal rotation and 110° vertical tilt. Physical lens shielding is included for privacy and can be manually or timed controlled.
Features an 8MP professional lens capable of 4K UHD images (3840×2160). Ten 940nm infrared illuminators enable up to 10m night vision. HDR frame-by-frame adjustment ensures clear images in strong backlight, while full-colour night vision captures details even in darkness.
Equipped with a flagship AI chip and MJA1 security chipset, the camera supports AI-based human motion tracking, pet detection, baby cry alerts, and loud noise detection. Local AI algorithms process data on-device for faster and more secure detection. Smart monitoring includes 360° panorama auto-monitoring, timed monitoring, and fixed-point monitoring.
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz) offers speeds up to 287 Mbps, over 120% faster than Wi-Fi 4. The camera is also compatible with Bluetooth 5.3 and can be controlled via the Xiaomi Home app.
Two-way voice communication is supported through a smart noise-cancelling microphone and a large-diameter speaker with separate sound cavity for clear calls. Gesture recognition allows making calls via an 'OK' gesture towards the camera.
Supports microSD cards from 8GB to 256GB for local storage (sold separately), network-attached storage, and optional cloud storage (paid subscription required).
