We process account, contact, delivery, order, payment-status, support, consent, and security information needed to provide the store. We do not store M-Pesa PINs or raw provider credentials.
Why we use it
Information is used to authenticate accounts, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliable store operations. Marketing and abandoned-cart messages require their own opt-in.
Sharing and security
Necessary information may be shared with payment, hosting, email, courier, and professional service providers under appropriate safeguards. Access is limited by role, sensitive logs are redacted, and evidence files are private.

You may withdraw optional communication preferences, request a copy of account data, correct your profile, or request account deletion subject to legal and financial record-retention duties.
